Some people build a business out of their passion. Others do it for the joy. Adam Rosante fits into the second category. He’s a fitness nut and he offers workouts to fellow fitness devotees.
Not just any workout. He’s a proponent of High Intensity Interval Training. He’s worked out a timed circuit of 4-7 high intensity moves that require high energy but no equipment.
It takes 45 mins and you pay what you choose to pay. In cold weather he works inside. In warmer weather he holds classes in Central Park.
He calls it People’s Bootcamp and thanks people who attend for their effort in class and for using their free time up by attending. It’s not his day job, it’s something he loves to do.
An article in the New York Times alerted me to his efforts and I’m passing it on because he comes across as straightforward and honest and he’s offering a very good deal if you want a great workout.
He has a website People’s Bootcamp so go investigate if it appeals and get that healthy glow. LIKE exercise.
