You’re about to find out because the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens is having a ‘Breaking Bad’ Exhibition from July 26 and it’s likely there’s going to be a LOT of interest from obsessed New Yorkers.
Located on the Kaufman Astoria Studio Campus, if you go along to this Museum you will find costumes, props, videos and behind the scenes footage from the show which help you understand how the sets, props and other things supported the changes in the show
The focus is on the lead character Walter White, his changes over the length of the series and how the production demonstrated those changes in a variety of ways certainly in Bryan Cranston’s acting and of course but in other ways too.
Simultaneously there is also an Exhibition on obsessive workmanship in a variety of films with work from Johnny Depp, Jennifer Connelly and Ang Lee featured among others.
This wonderful Museum helps you get up close and personal with how the production and direction of movies and TV shows happens and is a must see for those who love both.
