Each year US.News conducts a survey of the 32 major diet plans on offer, publishes a review of them all and a ‘Best Diet’ list which is thorough and well researched.

And they assess them on a range of factors such as nutritional value, safety, ease of use and the affects of the diet on both weight loss and medical conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
