The forecast is for high winds and heavy snowfalls in the next 24 hours. I hope all new Yorkers will not be too heavily impacted by the heavy snow.
Most of you will remember Dec 2010. The video shows the big drifts of snow that everyone had to navigate then. Lets hope it’s not quite so bad this time.
Wear you snowshoes and walk carefully. Walking through snow drifts until the roads are cleared is hard work and hazardous.

New Yorkers will cope as they always do. But a really heavy snowfall in NYC is eerie. I remember last time it was so quiet, nothing was moving, no cars just a few people walking warily through the heavy snow. Will that be how it is this time?
