NYC has a wonderful tradition, Good Riddance Day, which this year will be held on December 28th in times Square from 12pm-1pm in times Square.
It’s a chance to dump everything about 2015 that disappointed you in some way and to put it right behind where it belongs as you look ahead. You write it down and put it in the shredding machine and bam, it’s gone.
In the video about last year’s Good riddance Day a lady puts the bad experience her family had with cancer behind her and our heart goes out to her and to all those who have had to deal with hard experiences this year.
So shake it off in the shredding machine that is central to Good Riddance Day and then head on over to the Times Square wishing Wall and put it out there about what you want in 2016.
