If you’ve never been to NYC I’m sure you have fantasies of glamorous people, high powered business dealings, crowded sidewalks and tall glittering tower and it’s all true. But for average New Yorker life is full of little and big frustrations and one of the biggest is the subway.
The subway is beautiful, useful, one of the best things about NYC but sometimes you just miss your train, see the video, one of the most common and frustrating experiences that most New Yorkers have frequently . Damn, there’s goes and there goes my quick meetup with the guys at the bar/my time alone when I get home and havener. You kno the feeling.
And now that it’s summer waitng for a train gets to be a hotter and hotter experience as however hot it is out on the street you will find it is so much hotter down in the subway station where, for whatever reason, it’s beyond the capabiliy of the MTA to get rid of all that hot trapped air.
Don’t get me wrong, however hot it gets, however many times someone misses a train or a train gets cancelled or some scumbag tries to take your phone New Yorkers love their subway. It’s the kind of love you have for your family: they’re wonderful, you treasure them but boy do they aggravate you sometimes. Yup they sure do.
