Cecil the lion has not died in vain at the hands of a Minnesota dentist. His death has brought world wide attention to the plight of endangered species.
And last Saturday pics of Cecil and other endangered species were part of a dazzling light show projected onto the south side of NYC’s iconic Empire State building. Thousands looked and wondered as some of the worlds 41,415 endangered insects, animals and birds were displayed in brilliant color on this great building.
It would have been great without Cecil but his unnecessary death has focussed our attention and made this beautiful and timely reminder of what we stand to lose a real wakeup call. If this is a cause close to your heart go to World Wide Life and explore ways of using your time and other resources to help our endangered species.
