You’re liklely to feel pretty scared just watching this video.
So give a salute to the three intrepid people who took the first ride on New York’s brand new thunderbolt Roller Coaster.
It opened Saturday June 14th along with 90 degree drops from 115 feet, corkscrew turns and very high speeds.
It is of course very safe or you wouldn’t be allowed to ride on it. You have a shoulder harness and a bar to keep you safely in place.
And the ride is very smooth compared to the last Roller Coaster that operated at Coney Island in 1982.
It’s safe to assume it will be a massive summer hit with visitors to Coney Island this year, and the ride will be well worth the screams you hear.
